Let’s Meet The Bartender!
“My name is Nigel Fernandes from India, Mumbai. My interest in the bar started when I was a teenager, first I wanted to be a chef but then as I went out I kept seeing a crowd of people gathered always near the bar, that’s where it started and I realised that no great stories ever started having a salad so that is when I totally went in by finding the base and yes my base is a diploma in Bartending from Stir Academy of Bartending and then I moved around a couple of restaurants to make and achieve career goals and it’s still on but right now I am a head bartender at Mezzanine bar and kitchen which is located in Souk Madinat Jumeirah” – Nigel Fernandes
